COP17 Climate Change Conference in Durban is the most talked about current affair in SA.  Tasol Solar and its partners, IDC, STandard Bank, Real time energy and International Carbon took media, stakeholders and industry people out to two of our Low pressure solar water heating installation sites near Durban where they had the opportunity to speak to people of the community, to see a live installation, see the monitoring and verification process and to discuss in general this first of its kind SWH Carbon program and the long term benefits thereof for South Africa and its economy and social development.

This year at Nampo was certainlty one of the busiest ever, and focused on sustainability.  Tasol contributed by educating on and exhibiting of our great range of solar energy solutions that we have to offer the individual as well as the business in agriculture.  We had a great time and hope to be there again next year.

A big thank you to all who were involved at Tasol's stand this year.  It was worth all the hard work. We were right at the entrance, so it was easy for people to see our branding and products. We are pleased to report that we were able to make an impression on visitors regarding the importance of saving electricity and reducing their carbon footprint, as well as present them with energy efficient solutions that can save them money.  Domestic and Industrial Solar water heating systems were exhibited, as well as Industrial and Domestic Heat pumps, and Photovoltaic systems.
